BIBLE INSTITUTE P. O. Box 714 Agona Swedru, Central Region GHANA Tel. 011 233 42 91820, Email: essuman2000@yahoo.com July 4, 2008 Dear Brethren, Greetings from me, my family and the entire student body of Swedru International Bible Institute to you. I hope and trust that all is well with you, your families, and the Lord’s church as a whole. Life and health with me and my family, especially Dorothy, my wife is improving. I must also admit the fact that I am much behind my correspondence to you. This is due to the fact that I had a lot of work to do administratively, besides teaching two courses this term. However, this is not an excuse from honoring my obligation to you for writing. For that matter, I sincerely apologize. I will like to thank everyone, both churches and individuals for their generosity during the time of the construction of our school building. Now, we have adequate and much larger classroom, library, staff common room, two offices, a store room and a reception. All were made possible through your generosity, and under no circumstances I will ever take credit for that. The credit goes to you the givers. However, there is still much more to be done to get he dormitory completed. The foundation work of the dormitory is completed, and walls raise few feet high. There is a lot more to get it completed, and the need to get it done will be supplied on a separate sheet with an approximate estimation of how much it is going to cost us to get it done. I will do so for your consideration, as I solicit more help from you to get the dormitory done. The school was closed down for the summer vacation on 28th of June 2008. It will remain close until 10th of September, when we will resume our academic work again. The term from April to June saw us completing courses like Christian Home, Christian Evidences, Colossians & Philemon, Ephesians, Philippians, Theology of Missions and Doctrinal Preaching. We were able to get all the course work completed, and it was time to take a break from our labors. The school plans to admit more students in the months and years to come, provided the school has dormitory facility for them to stay in. Your help will be needed again. To end this newsletter, allow me to thank you for your generosity again, and hoping that the Almighty Lord will continue to be a blessings to you, both to do His will, in your work places, as well as in the church. My plea to you is that, as you always think of world missions, continue to do so until the return of the Lord. For we have a lot to do as the world population is increasing everyday. May the Almighty God, the Sustainer, Protector and Author of our salvation bless you in your endeavor to serve Him. Great is the victory that He has won for us through our Lord Jesus Christ. In Christ David C. Essuman
